We support our learners to overcome their challenges through a comprehensive approach.
What is Educational Therapy?
Educational therapy provides personalized instruction to individuals with learning challenges. Our ultimate goal when working with students is to foster the development of self-confident, independent individuals who feel positively about themselves and their potential to shine bright as learners.
As educational therapists, we understand the developmental, social, behavioral, and emotional factors that can impact learning. At Bright Mind Learning, we have extensive experience linking all of these areas together!
Is it right for my child?
Whether or not your child has been identified as having a specific learning challenge, there are many reasons why a child might benefit from Educational Therapy.
Children who have difficulty maintaining focus and concentration.
Difficulties or delays with language, auditory processing, and early reading skills.
Loss of self-esteem regarding school performance.
Resistance going to school or participating in school-related activities.
Difficulty with starting, organizing, planning, or completing tasks.
Lack of progress at school and difficulty remembering academic information from one day to the next.
Extreme amount of time and parent support needed to get school and homework tasks done.
Continued struggles despite parent help, at-school supports, and/or tutoring.
We know that each child is different. Some students need just a little help or a full, comprehensive plan to get back on track. We’ll find the right path for your child!
